Phoebe Barnette

Phoebe lived to be 17-years-old! She was the first pet Heather Barnette had as an adult, and she was older than Heather’s children.  The little shih-tzu was a bundle of energy who showed other-species family members who was in charge. Phoebe padded off to the Rainbow Bridge on April 6th. Her family misses their prissy little girl, but they know she is once again a springy little puppy prancing around and showing all of the creatures on the other side just how happiness kept her on earth for a very long time.
