The first day Hudson was brought into the Hale family, Ben and Courtney were struck by the dog’s soft white fur, pink nose, and beautiful green eyes. Hudson was an English White Lab with a big block head. His favorite thing in the world was a ball and playing fetch. Even the mention of the word “ball” would send him into a frenzy of excitement. If allowed, he would chase a ball until his legs couldn’t run any more!
Hudson was very loyal and extremely intelligent dog who loved the family children, Emmylou and Porter. They enjoyed throwing the ball and watching him chase and catch it straight out of the air – that always made the kids laugh with joy. Hudson loved his canine-sister Ila, a golden retriever with whom he spent every day until the day he passed. He is missed very much by his human and canine family and will always have a special place in their hearts.
It is so wonderful to know an animal has enjoyed an amazing life surrounded by love. I am sorry about the loss of Hudson, but very happy he had you.
Hudson was the best boy! He was a lover. He gave the biggest wet kisses with that big ol’ pink tongue. He had the biggest heart. He is missed greatly by his cousins Georgia Mae and Ryley. I know he is playing fetch on the streets of Gold. Hud say hello to Lola “pig” for me. We will miss you so much.
