It was in April of 2006 that the Goodwin family brought a precious little puppy into their lives. Her beauty and lovable spirit led to their naming her Bella, Italian for “Beauty”. Not only did Bella enjoy a loving family of humans, but she was fortunate enough to share her home with her soul mate and best friend, Duke. The two Boxers were inseparable. Bella was a wonderful mommy to the nine energetic puppies she gave birth to.
Life at home was full of joy, but the best times were had during family camping trips! There was so much to see and do, and of course everyone who met Bella were impressed with her loving nature and family loyalty.
Bella’s mom, Mandy, says, “We will miss her terribly every day, but knowing she is back with her soul mate Duke gives us some relief.” Bella was eleven years old when she joined Duke at the Rainbow Bridge on January the 29th.
RIP Bella! And please give our Bella and Ditka some of your puppy love up there!
Heartbroken!! One of my grandpuppies has gone over the rainbow bridge. Knowing she will be with her Duke again gives me solace.
She will be missed
To our family our prayers of healing&comfort are being sent your way. Bella was a beautiful caring loving granddog, she will be missed. Remembering her with Duke is what makes us happy knowing Duke was at the Rainbow bridge waiting for he’s Bella. They’re running ❤
